Course participants will learn:

To provide senior executives with an understanding of the principles and processes underpinning Emergency Incident Management and their roles and responsibilities.

Including roles and responsibilities of Emergency Planning Committee (EPC), Emergency Management Team (EMT) and Emergency Control Organisation (ECO) and ‘duty of care’ in relation to the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 and Regulations.

  • Manage a Multi team response.
  • Manage a workplace emergency initial response team.
  • Lead an emergency control organisation
  • Ensure workplace emergency prevention procedures, systems and processes are implemented.
  • Manage and monitor workplace emergency procedures, equipment and other resources

Non-Accredited — A certificate of attendance is awarded for this course.
